Ghana Petroleum Mooring Systems Limited Company (GPMS) is a joint venture project between Mining Oil & Gas (MOGS) and Tema Oil Refinery (TOR). Operating as an oil and gas terminal responsible for the import of 80% of Ghana’s crude oil, gasoline and gas oil.

Our operations

Offshore Berthing & Fuel Transfer: We facilitate high-volume fuel transfers through specialized offshore berthing solutions connected directly to Ghana’s subsea pipeline network using our Single Point Mooring (SPM) and Conventional Buoy Mooring (CBM) system ensuring exceptionally safe and stable discharge operations.

Asset Preservation & Environmental Safety: We maintain seamless operational continuity and protect the marine ecosystem by balancing proactive asset preservation with rapid-response interventions:

Preventive Maintenance: ISO-standardized pipeline pigging and corrosion protection to ensure structural integrity and long-term asset health.

Rapid Response & Refurbishment: On-demand mechanical hardware repairs, immediate component refurbishment, and swift oil spill containment to maximize system throughput while safeguarding surrounding waters.
